Frequently Asked Questions

What primary services do you offer?

We offer asphalt repair, sealcoating and line/parking lot paint.
Repairs consist of filling cracks with rubber crack fill, or patching any asphalt holes with patch fill.

What are the rates of your services?

Rates are contingent on each drive or parking lot, as it all must be measured to provide an accurate estimate. We do offer FREE Estimates!

What type of warranty do you provide?

Although we do stand behind our work, there are many factors that need to be considered when dealing with asphalt. Our warranty or guarantee is on a case to case basis due to many variables and conditions of asphalt prior to repair work being done. Ex: If a drive has not been maintained and has severe damage prior to arrival, we can not always offer a warranty or a guarantee. However, if there is something within our control, we do try to resolve or handle it to the best of our ability. We do not typically have many issues, but customer satisfaction is our top priority and if an issue arises, we do our best to accommodate the need!

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, We are both licensed and Insured.

What are your terms and conditions?

Signatures are required on all approved estimates, a 50% deposit is required to book the appointment for our services and the remaining balance is always due upon completion or after prepping/repairs have been made just prior to adding sealcoat.

Do you offer any incentives?

Yes, because we know the importance of a good review and/or word of mouth, we do offer a $25.00 gift card to any client of ours who refers a friend or family member that hires our company Seal the Deal for their asphalt needs. (Gift card mailed to client upon completion of referrals service completion)

How often do you recommend resealing or repairs?

Asphalt sealing should be completed every 2 years, however if you have a crack that is open or a hole in your asphalt, you may want to reach out to have that repaired sooner. If water gets down into the base course of the asphalt, and left untreated, more damage can occur and often results in a higher cost!

How long do you have to stay off asphalt after services are complete?

We recommend that no driving takes place on the asphalt for 48 hours after repairs and sealcoating has been completed. If you must walk on asphalt, you can typically do so within 2-4 hours but not prior!

Are your products safe for children and pets?

Yes, although we have never felt the need to taste the asphalt products, our crew members have been covered in the product from head to toe and yes even in the mouth and although we do not recommend eating it, it is safe and eco-friendly.
